COPY  RIGHTS INFRIGEMENTS AND VENDOR RULES ON OZONECART.COM

A perfect picture is worth a million smiles. Good and clear images helps you to effectively display your product and increase yours, but you are reminded to publish images that are created by your company/brand or your agent.  Unauthorized use of photo of another constitutes copyright infringement and shall incur penalty once reported successfully.  Please note that OZONE CART will not or won’t hesitate to discipline/ban the vendor that infringes and violets copyrights. Will not be held reliable of the consequences on copy rights violations, should the sole owner take legal action.

A. Examples of image copyright infringement

1. Searching and downloading unauthorised internet pictures from any platform.

2. Editing unauthorized pictures and adding your own trademark.

3. Cropping images/pictures

B. How to avoid image copyright infringement

1. Take your own product images but not to copy images from others anywhere such as website or product catalogue.

2. Keep the original images or files to avoid being copied without permission?

3. Get permission of the pictures/images with a written proof from the owner of the images/pictures should you desire to upload them on the platform.

RULES FOR THE VENDOR ON OZONECART

These Rules apply to all marketing activities organized or initiated by ozonecart.com (including activities organized by marketing channels, industrial or featured zones of the website).

Sellers of ozonecart.com are eligible to participate in the marketing activities provided that they meet the following conditions:

1. VENDOR must own a physical or walk in shop.

2. VENDOR must have full working email(s), more than one business line, registered brand or store.

3. VENDOR must have and use their business or brand logo/recognised trademark in a normal manner.

4. VENDOR shall upload on their STORE what is currently available.

5. VENDOR shall often update their products, to accurately deliver what is being sold.

6. Poor quality images shall not be approved by ozone cart, ensure good quality images are uploaded.

7. VENDORS are advised to upload their STORE policies on the store, this is to allow customers know how you run your business.

8. VENDOR shall comply with all the terms and conditions of ozonecart.com in respect to ozonecart services and customers quality product delivery.

Apart from the qualification requirements stipulated in these Rules, Ozonecart.com may impose additional participation requirements for any of its industrial or featured marketing activities, and the vendors shall be bound by such requirements.

All documents and information provided by vendors in accordance with any participation requirements (including but not limited to their qualification, products details, etc.) shall be true, valid and not contrary to any national laws and the rules of ozonecart.com.

All vendors when participating in any marketing activities of ozonecart.com shall abide by these Rules and the terms stipulated in the marketing activity agreements entered into with ozonecat.com (if any). If any vendor has acted in violation of any of the following rules or against any term in the marketing activity agreement, ozonecart.com will take the following measures:

1. Falsifying qualification means that a vendor provides false, altered, or fraudulent information or materials when it signs up for a marketing activity. If it is confirmed that any seller has falsified its qualification, the seller will be disqualified from the activity, and a permanent BAN be imposed on the vendor.

2. Scheduling violation means that a seller, after it has been included in the schedule of a marketing activity upon its successful sign-up thereof, quits the activity and thereby affects the overall order of the activity. If it is confirmed that the seller has committed scheduling violation, the seller will be disqualified from the activity.

3.Except as otherwise stipulated in these Rules, other marketing activity rules or agreements, any vendor  who breaches its undertakings or is involved in any violation in any marketing activity, shall be subject to the rules set out under the heading “Breach of Undertaking” in the “Rules for Enforcement Action against Non-Compliance of Transactions on ozonecart.com.

Notwithstanding that a vendor has successfully signed up for a marketing activity, if ozonecart.com subsequently discovers that the seller has acted abnormally or in violation of any rules (including but not limited to rights infringement, fraud, false transactions, money laundering, and other acts which breach any law or rule), whether before or in the course of the marketing activity (including but not limited to product release, transaction performance, dispute mediation, self-marketing activities, integrity management, etc.),ozonecart.com shall reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the vendors participation’s right, or disqualify the vendor from participating in the marketing activity or receiving any benefits in relation thereto, and, subject to the severity of the breach, may further restrict the vendor from temporarily or permanently sign up for any new or regular activities organised by ozonecart.com (including but not limited to top-of-line advertising space, online industrial marketing promotion activities, and featured marketing channel activities).

In addition to these Rules, ozonecart.com will continuously revise and supplement any implementation related rules, or special rules in relation to industrial and featured marketing activities etc. Matters that are not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with the special rules.

4. Seller Payment Handling

For sellers, ozone has specific policies regarding fund disbursement:

  • Reserves & Payment Holds – ozone may hold seller/vendor funds temporarily based on factors like delivery confirmation, charge-backs, or account performance.
  • Reimbursements – Sellers can claim reimbursements for their money at any time outside our time frame structure,this may attract an additional charge
  • Fee Structure – ozone charges transaction fees, including processing and authorization fees.

5. Buyer seller Dispute Program

If a customer has an issue with a purchase, ozone provides a structured dispute resolution process:

  • Customers must first contact the seller to resolve the issue.
  • If unresolved, ozone steps in through the Buyer seller dispute program, which may result in refunds or other corrective actions.

6. Compliance & Legal Requirements

ozone ensures adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and anti-money laundering policies:

  • Sellers must comply with tax reporting requirements.
